South Beach celebra el orgullo gay de Miami este domingo
Varios grupos activistas de jóvenes e hispanos estuvieron presente.

MIAMI BEACH, - El cuarto desfile anual del orgullo gay en Miami se celebrará este domingo, 15 de abril a lo largo de Ocean Drive en South Beach.
Este año el gran mariscal del desfile es Chaz Bono, el hijo de Cher, que además de ser personalidad de la televisión y activista se hizo famoso por documentar su proceso de cambiarse de sexo de mujer a hombre.
Chaz también tiene planeado dar una conferencia para estudiantes y la comunidad en general en la Universidad Internacional de la Florida (FIU) al día siguiente.
El desfile toma lugar a lo largo de Ocean Drive entre las Calles 5 y 15. Comienza puntualmente a las 12 del mediodía, pero es recomendado llegar una hora antes para estacionar y coger un buen puesto. Después continúa la fiesta con música gratis en vivo, comidas y bebida a la venta y este año una zona dedicada a las familias con atracciones para niños.
Además del desfile y fiesta principal del domingo, hay una lista de fiestas y eventos relacionados que se llevan a cabo todo el fin de semana.
El año pasado Elvis Crespo le brindo su apoyo a la comunidad gay como gran mariscal del desfile.

As the first and only gay bar on Ocean Drive, it’s no wonder The Palace will also be one of the hottest places to “Celebrate the Colors of Pride” during the Official Miami Beach Gay Pride Block Party! Hundreds of Pride revelers will pack the streets outside of the landmark restaurant and bar for two great stages, full of entertainment, including the beats of DJ Charlie Rojas ofMiamiand international DJ and Producer Theresa of Matinee NYC. Those lucky enough to gain entrance to the main room will also get the chance to hear the high energy beats of DJ Just Oliver.
The highlight of the night is sure to be a sensational live performance by Maya Simantov, direct from Tel Aviv. The gorgeous songstress will be performing her most famous hits remixed by world-renowned DJ and producer Offer Nissim. Of course, no party at The Palace would be complete without some fabulously flocked fellas, which is why the Palace divas will be performing on the stages of The Palace, using the sun, the sand, and Miami Beach Gay Pride as their gorgeous backdrop!
